Mrs. BaconSandwich and I got news earlier this evening that my oldest brother has been in an accident - possibly (and likely?) a motorcycle accident. Broken pelvis and femur, and apparently the femur was pushed up into his abdominal cavity. He’s had surgery today and is due for more tomorrow. Unfortunately he and his family live 2,000+ km away, so we can’t be there to help with anything. Any additional prayers would be appreciated. 

Be safe out there - especially if you are on two wheels.

I hope so too. He’s got a wife and four kids. He’s the kind of guy who is always doing 15 different things, in addition to working full time. I don’t think he’s been overnight in a hospital since his teenage years.

Yeah, details are still pretty scarce. Hopefully I'll hear how is other surgery went later today.
